Room For Rent is Matt’s first feature as both writer and director. The film stars Brett Gelman (Fleabag, Stranger Things) wreaking havoc on the insular life of Mark Little (Picnicface, Mr. D) in order to alienate him from his loved ones as an act of a revenge.
The film also stars Mark McKinney (Kids In The Hall, Superstore) and Stephnie Weir (MadTv, The Comedians), Carla Gallo (Neighbors, Californiacation) and Patrick J. Adams (Suits, The Right Stuff).
Room For Rent screened at festivals around the world and is now available on iTunes, Crave, Netflix US & AU.
Room For Rent won numerous awards, most recently receiving Best Direction, Best Writing, and Best Performance at the Canadian Comedy Awards.
